Kings Cemetery, Mount Charles is located on the east side of Dixie Road, south of Derry Road in the Malton are of Mississauga. The cemetery was established in 1822 on land donated by Charles King who received a 100 acre patent from the Crown.  The cemetery remained active until 1960 and then was eventually taken over by the City of Mississauga who have done a wonderful job with the restoration and landscaping. The cemetery, although on a busy road, is in a treed grove on the west bank of the Etobicoke Creek.
